I want to be able to access a list of conversions directly in the inbox, so that I can navigate faster between them and take action on them

We have a hacky workaround for this using Teammate custom fields, but we'd love to be able to include a user's scheduling link in a signature via a variable (perhaps this also requires a way for a user to specify a default scheduling link?)

Today, only a company admin has the ability to create, edit and delete custom fields. This can prevent trusted Workspace admins from setting up the Workflows they need autonomously. How could we allow more users to set up custom fields?
