Customization

Problem Analytics metrics are only displayed as tables. Request Enable choosing how to display metric breakdowns — as a table or as a diagram — and allow selection of diagram type.

Request Include custom field values in analytics reporting, such as summing numeric field data by tag or other dimensions.

Problem All graphs in a custom report share the same filters, preventing side-by-side comparison of different inboxes or criteria. Request Allow different filters to be applied to individual graphs within a custom report.
