Ability to add tags to both contacts and accounts (like conversation tags)

It would be helpful to be able to add tags across contacts and accounts, similarly to how we can tag conversations. This would be especially helpful if we could create dynamic contact lists based on these tags or other custom fields.

Set Default Font @ Company Level

Our customer's marketing team requires Calibri 16 as a company-wide font. Today, they have to copy text in Calibri 16 from a word doc, then manually paste and save it as a font in Front.

In analytics, when I select a Parent tag, it should select all child tags automatically. Or I should be given the ability to do so.
