[action] AI Compose from a prompt is not discoverable

Having the ability to compose a conversation from a prompt. E.g.

• Send a holding reply

• Tell them that I'm ok to meet Monday 2 pm

• Thank you for the feedback

It's almost like a message template, but more dynamic.
