Add dark mode support for plugins

Front now supports Dark Mode, but there isn't currently a way to get the users dark mode setting and apply it to a plugin.

Adding distribution list to calendar invites

When sending a calendar invite, if we have distribution lists for different departments, it would be nice to include them there, as its time consuming adding one by one.

Edit Shortcuts

Be able to customize Shortcuts (such as Cmd + T for Tag), to switch things around and do faster the commands you most use. More options for this feature, such as a way to quickly copy the conversation ID.

Sync Drafts Started In Gmail

I think it would be important that drafts created with another email client (e.g. Gmail) could be synchronised in Front. This would allow us to avoid having to change clients several times a day.

SLA rule testing

We would need to be able to test SLA rule on some conversations. Same as we can do with other rules set up. It will help to understand why one the condition set up does not work specially when you have lots of conditions and words.

Remove internal usage from Knowledge Base analytics

It would be great to see KB anaytics without including any of our Users that are signed into Front when they view the articles. This would help us to see only the data from what our Customers are viewing/searching/clicking on

OOO auto-reply should not mark an email as read

When you have an OOO reply on, Front thinks the email that was sent in is read. It would be better to remain unread since it is just an automatic reply.
