Remain on the last selected email when going back to the inbox
If I click on the Send folder then go back to the Inbox, the inbox should not automatically select the newest email, it should remain on the last email that was selected in the Inbox
I'd like Team member Time Off to populate on the calendar. That way, when looking at the week and scheduling meetings/assigning projects, we can see whom will not be in office
Internal knowledge base access for non-Front employees
Not all employees have a full Front license. Allow these employees a way to access internal Front knowledge base, perhaps with an add-on license just for KB since they don't need nay other Front access.
Currently, Microsoft 365 group calendars (i.e. those connected to Teams), don't show up in Front. I'd like to be able to see these calendars in Front, otherwise our users have to go back to Outlook to view those calendars.
Include images, attachments, and gifs in chatbot flow
Currently you can only include plain text in chatbot messages, but it would be really helpful to be able to include things such as attachments, images, and gifs so we can provide resources that can help resolve chat visitor issues.
When using Front to send SMS through Dialpad, sometimes customers will provide landline phone numbers instead which result in delivery failures. There is no clear way to get alerted when sending fails.
