Create message templates with custom HTML

In today's world, inboxes are more crowded than ever, and plain text emails are often overlooked. As customer-facing teams, we need the ability to create visually engaging, branded emails that capture attention and encourage engagement. HTML templates would allow us to better highlight key information with graphics, buttons, banners, colors, and formatting instead of relying solely on text.

Beyond aesthetics, this is about improving communication effectiveness. Interactive, well-designed emails can increase open rates, click-through rates, and overall customer engagement while creating a more professional and consistent brand experience.

Many modern email platforms already offer drag-and-drop or HTML template builders, and having this functionality would make a significant difference for teams that regularly communicate with customers. It would also eliminate the need to create graphics externally just to mimic the look of a designed email.

Adding support for HTML templates would modernize the platform and help users communicate in a way that aligns with today's customer expectations.

This option would be amazing!

We have to change our email design to work with in the limitations of the editor.
Having an option to edit in HTML would be wonderful.

Would be great to have this in all template emails - not just the bulk/sequence emails
