Drafts API: Drop requirement for supplying channel_id

Right now Front requires a channel_id to be supplied on calls to Create Draft endpoints - this is not required on send reply endpoints. Could we have the API select a default channel when the channel_id param is not supplied?

Allow bulk updates to append messages to signatures

We would like to be able to add a company wide message to each teammate signature without having to edit each one individually. This would be useful for office closings or other announcements that should go out with each email.

"Share" button that deep links to certain parts of the app (i.e. a link to a rule) from the desktop app

This would allow users to share specific rules, views, pages, inboxes, they are viewing with teammates. Currently not possible in the Desktop app.

Exclude own domain / account from reports

In certain reports - especially the CSAT report - the "internal" account is counted in the same metrics as customers in the Accounts Table. It would be great to exclude them.

Block access to performance data of agents

Hide an agent's performance data in Analytics UI and exports, do not allow to filter on this agent, etc. This is required by German law.

Show "drafts" as a filtered tab for an inbox

Right now, when I am in an inbox, the top shows filtered such as open, archived, and snoozed. I would love to be able to see drafts that are shared with the team with access to the inbox there as well.

Support custom fields on Teammate Groups

Now that the core API supports groups, it would be nice to be able to add custom fields to them as well. For my use case, I want to add a boolean value to tell my application if users should be allowed to add themselves to the group via API.
