Currently, you cannot create rules on a delegated inbox if not an admin. This is because the conversations live in a namespace you do not own.

Ability to schedule send a comment, as is currently possible with emails. Linked to internal task management use case - allowing an admin to plan ahead and schedule the notification in a timely manner.

Sometimes we need to amend the subject line and it would be helpful to be able to choose to see it automatically in drafts rather than having to manually open it each time.

It would be cool if we could react to emails with emojis such as how we can react to comments.
