Smaller Chat icon on mobile experience

Adapt the size on the chat widget launcher to be smaller on mobile phones. Now it's quite large and takes up little bit too much space.

View the Navigation Path of a chat user

Currently only able to view the last page that the visitor is before starting the chat. User would like the ability to view their full path that brought them to the page where they started the chat.

Show all anonymous user's names as 'Visitor'

When a customer reaches out and is not verified (is not logged in), a random name appears on the chat. We would like these these chats to come in with users' name as 'Visitor'.

ON/OFF toggle for Front Chat widget

Only having the option to select offline hours for live chat creates a myriad of support problems for small teams juggling multiple jobs and the ability to simply turn it on/off with a single click would significantly improve the functionality.

The new design of a Chat conversation means that Inbound messages, Outbound messages and internal notes/comments can be difficult to distinguish due to the shades of blue and grey used. The compose box also now has a "Shared Draft" bar at all time...
