Only having the option to select offline hours for live chat creates a myriad of support problems for small teams juggling multiple jobs and the ability to simply turn it on/off with a single click would significantly improve the functionality.
This is at the top of my wishlist! Been using the chat the best part of a year now. However, we have team members in different time zones and this is a real headache for us setting up the hours especially as you can only select offline hours as one timezone.
Definitely a big one for us too - same issues: team in different time zone, scheduled for manning live chat changes regularly.
