Manually triggered auto replies should be accounted for in metrics
As a support manager, I want that manually triggered automated messages are taken into account in analytics, so that my teammates' work is represented accurately
Currently today, we only support comments and direct messages in fb messenger. However, messages originating as Facebook messenger/lead ads are not syncing in Front. This would be helpful to capture more inbound communications/opportunities.
Currently, Microsoft 365 group calendars (i.e. those connected to Teams), don't show up in Front. I'd like to be able to see these calendars in Front, otherwise our users have to go back to Outlook to view those calendars.

It would be nice not to include "Best, Name" when using AI compose because this is already part of our signatures. This requires the users to remove it every time.
Right now we are unbale to update custom fields in the mobile app. It would be great to be able to do this, especially for teams that work around the clock and on the go.
