SLA warnings currently show a rounded amount of time left before breach. We'd like to be able to either hover over the rounded amount to see the exact amount of time remaining, or just see the exact amount without hover.

Ability to change the channel used when replying or forwarding with rules. This useful when a conversation moves around multiple inboxes with different channels. This applies to the CSAT rule template too.

Please can the search algorithm in Signatures be less 'fuzzy' and actually return the results based on the criteria requested? We have a lot of signatures and it can be painful to scroll down a long list because the search function doesn't work as...

Currently, Microsoft 365 group calendars (i.e. those connected to Teams), don't show up in Front. I'd like to be able to see these calendars in Front, otherwise our users have to go back to Outlook to view those calendars.

To make it easier to identify phishing attempts, it'd be useful to configure Front to always display the email address. This makes it less likely a user is caught in a phishing scam.

In other calendars we can specify the time zone for a meeting.
