Front Chat localization to support different languages

Localization in the chat widget to support different languages. Includes text & buttons in the collect customer details step in the chatbot flow, the "Start new conversation" button after the chatbot auto-archives the flow, and more.

German language support will be manadatory when we implement a Chatbot with AI support. Currently looking into alternatives as Front sadly doesn't have the support yet.

I agree that if the support is being provided in different countries with different websites, then the chat should be visible for the customer in their local language.

For us the important languages are: Estonian, German, Italian, Spanish, Hungarian, Polish, Latvian, Lithuanian, Portugese, Romanian, Czech, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, Dutch, French, Bulgarian, Turkish, Danish. (at least the option to translate ourselves)

This is a no brainer. International websites need this.

+1 on this one. Most of our users speak Spanish and don´t understand any English (many older people and from small towns inside the country). I hope you can prioritize it. Thanks

Front users are everywhere around the globe and serving users speaking different languages. It is essential to make them feel at home by greeting them in their language. Front is doing OK on this, as one can customize most of Front Chat messages. However, the pre-chat form is lost in translation and we need to salvage it.
