Some users like using the snooze function. But we may have a bit of trouble if something is snoozed but reappears while the assigned person is Out of office status. Then the thread is unassigned and we can lose track of it. Not a big emergency but...

Planned
We want our team members to keep their emails assigned most times when they put an out of office up. They put out of offices up when they are traveling for work and will just be slower to respond. Or their managers handle the assignment from their assigned list. This would help so much!
