Make Automatic Unassign when OOO Optional
Some users like using the snooze function. But we may have a bit of trouble if something is snoozed but reappears while the assigned person is Out of office status. Then the thread is unassigned and we can lose track of it. Not a big emergency but I think best to have this automatic unasssign be optional. Best to keep it assigned to the same person even if they are out of office maybe or assign to whoever is in office at that time.
Making unassigning when OOO is crucial to our team. We have back-ups for everything so when our team members return, there is a process of reassigning of our client emails back to the main client success expert. If we could set the OOO and keep all emails assigned to the correct member, it makes returning to work much less stressful.
Currently we are using a work around as opposed to the OOO feature due to this.
