Customize information display on the conversation list

It would be nice to be able to choose the information displayed on the conversation list.

For instance, if we want to display the end-user involved in the conversation or just the subject email or the assignee.

    This would help the transition from other email platforms tremendously and allow companies to better encourage adoption from those employees who struggle more with change.
