Past email conversations are a good source of knowledge to reduce product / general inquiries because:

  • Doesn't required to be structured in a specific format

  • Compared to a knowledge base, historical responses also help with tonality.

    This seems like the real panacea of AI compose to me, personally. The two deep sources of information about general/simple customer inquiries are the knowledge base and an absolute boatload of historical email history. The tone of our company's communication style with customers is also deeply recorded in the thousands upon thousands of emails in our history. I'm sure it's difficult to have AI trained on all email history in all Front accounts, but this would be the real game-changer in automatic composition of email replies.
