Problem Sequence functionality doesn't provide visibility into campaign performance metrics like open rate and bounce rate. Request Add detailed metrics (open rate, bounce rate, and other analytics) to email sequences.

Problem View tag filters only support OR logic — selecting multiple tags returns conversations with ANY of those tags. Request Enable AND logic for tag filtering so users can select multiple tags and only see conversations with ALL selected tags.
