As a user/early adopter for Apple Vision Pro, I would like to use the Front app as an app inside of Vision Pro. You can help by enabling visionOS compatibility (which is trivial), and if you see enough usage, eventually create a native visionOS app. Currently, Front is the only thing preventing me from using only apps on visionOS and not using my Mac in its own virtual window.
To be transparent, I wanted to share here that we tried running the Front iPad app on Vision Pro and discovered that just "flipping the switch" is not enough unfortunately.
While the app mostly works, there are some rough edges that make it frustrating to use. Our iOS team is small but hopefully, we can find some time soon to make a few necessary adjustments before making it available on the Vision Pro app store.
As a fellow Apple Vision Pro early adopter and someone who was voted the #3 Influencer for Virtual Reality Worldwide in 2018, I support this idea! As the original poster mentioned, "throwing the switch" to allow an iPad app to work with Vision OS is a trivial task.
For clarity since I may not have been clear in the body, I'm asking for now for the iPad app to be enabled for Vision Pro. https://developer.apple.com/help/app-store-connect/manage-your-apps-availability/manage-availability-of-iphone-and-ipad-apps-on-apple-vision-pro/
