In long messages, you have to scroll up or down to get to the reply button and compose. Request to have the ability to reply at all times from the screen.
Sort conversation list by received/imported timestamp rather than sent timestamp
Front today displays conversations in order of when they were sent, not received or imported in the product. This is a suggestion to offer sorting by received timestamp instead of sent.
In the list of shared templates, expose the date that each template was last edited. This is useful for finding out-of-date templates that have not been updated recently.
