Order Hubspot Deals from newest to oldest

Currently the Hubspot<>Front pluggin orders deals from oldest-newest. For customers that have been with us awhile or frequent customers, we have to scroll a very long time to get to the deals that matter. This creates a pain point in our workflow and is less efficient than just going into Hubspot directly.

If a customer is emailing us, it's usually always going to be about a current deal or future deal. So having the oldest deals listed first creates no beneficial feature.
