In current state, when an individual accesses base metrics (metrics w/out Analytics permissions) for Shared Resources, they see stats for themselves and other users who have collaborated on the same conversations but does not provide the full view...

As a user, I need the ability to create a view by account (or domain) so I can view all comms with a certain customer in one place - and save that view (running the same search over an over again is not sufficient)

Ability to set up an approval workflow so that certain teammates can approve an article before it is allowed to be published

Having just started using Front (previously used Outlook), I find the Front screen far too busy and cluttered. I would much prefer the option to turn off the reading pane which makes the screen much clearer and easier to read.
