I'd like to trigger a rule when an emoji is added to the conversation. In the specific use case I have in mind, we want to loop our support team into only certain conversations that are happening in our Slack Connect channels, which are integrated in Front. For example, we'd like to be able to easily just add an emoji onto the specific messages that need our support team's assistance, and that would move the message from a unmonitored inbox inside of Front into our support team's inbox where they could jump in.
Today we have to use keyword matching, which is awkward and not the best customer experience. For example, I have to say, "Let me loop in our support team," and use a rule that's triggered by the word "support" being present.
