Notifications / new message sound for chat visitors

Each time we send a message to the customer, a notification sound should alert them. This will enhance our ability to offer effective support, enabling them to respond promptly to our messages.

Block ability to delegate inbox

This is doable in Outlook, as we can't allow users to share their inbox with other team members. The ability to block "delegation" permissions would allow us to maintain this security posture.

Ability to expand and collapse the all-day events section on the calendar to view more than 3 all-day events at once

Today you can only see 3 all-day events at a glance per day. It is not obvious that users need to scroll to see the rest of the all-day events on that day. Suggestion to expand and collapse the top section.
