Toggled or custom shortcuts
CTRL + ENTER to send trips me up all the time, and I have to fumble to hit undo before the half baked email gets sent.
I would like the ability to turn off this lone shortcut, or set a custom one that's much harder to trigger by mistake.
Voted. I have a different use case where I use a US+German keyboard. Hitting "Option + s" will give me the special character "ß" I need for German customer requests, but in Front it will reliably just star/unstar the email. For now I had to turn off shortcuts completely to prevent this. Toggles would be much appreciated!
I have a high volume that comes in everyday and the ability to create custom shortcuts would help expedite my time by a lot. A specific example, I need to snooze messages in certain cadences, but the process to click on each of these is tedious. Shortucts on the keyboard would speed it up by like 1000000%
If you switch your keyboard shortcut settings to Gmail in preferences, you can use CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to simply SEND the email instead of whatever happens with CTRL+ENTER that you're not making use of!
