Problem
The default CTRL+ENTER keyboard shortcut to send emails is easy to trigger accidentally, often causing unfinished emails to be sent and requiring an undo.
Request
Allow users to disable or customize the send shortcut to something harder to trigger by mistake.
Voted. I have a different use case where I use a US+German keyboard. Hitting "Option + s" will give me the special character "ß" I need for German customer requests, but in Front it will reliably just star/unstar the email. For now I had to turn off shortcuts completely to prevent this. Toggles would be much appreciated!
I have a high volume that comes in everyday and the ability to create custom shortcuts would help expedite my time by a lot. A specific example, I need to snooze messages in certain cadences, but the process to click on each of these is tedious. Shortucts on the keyboard would speed it up by like 1000000%
If you switch your keyboard shortcut settings to Gmail in preferences, you can use CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to simply SEND the email instead of whatever happens with CTRL+ENTER that you're not making use of!
