Must be able to have an easy way to notify the team of changes.

Have the ability to change a once private tag to a shared tag.

Speech-to-text to author content in Front

As a user who has the Dialpad integration setup, it'd be great to be able to have "tel:" links in other systems open a call within Front's Dialpad integration.

Occassionally commercial level conversations get sent to our ops level shared inboxes. We would like the ability to be able to move them from the shared inbox to a personal inbox of the responsible party rather than keeping it in the shared inbox ...
