Add out-of-office teammate property to Dynamic Variables

Problem
Dynamic Variables don't distinguish between Busy and Out-of-office teammate statuses, limiting automation options.

Request
Add an [Is out-of-office] Teammate property to Dynamic Variables alongside the existing [Is available] property.
