In message templates, when using a dynamic variable I can create a fallback variable or text. I would like to have two fallback options, one being another variable, and a second fallback being text.
Some custom fields are meant to be used by rules or automations only, and not be manually edited by users. How could we allow admins to prevent certain custom fields being manually edited?
Collect teammate answers: allow optional text prompts
When a Macro has a Collect Teammate Answer step, leaving a text field empty could be a valid response that triggers a different branch condition. An option within "Add prompt" to mark a text field as Optional would allow for this added flexibility.
Allow external users to receive emails of chat transcripts
We have external users who don't login to Front who like to see what customers are asking at a glance. When we used Intercom, they could receive chat transcripts in their inbox. If similar functionality was possible at Front that would be great!
