Sentry is a bug tracker, but also has a "User Feedback" feature, which is a perfect fit to pipe to a Front inbox.

We have external users who don't login to Front who like to see what customers are asking at a glance. When we used Intercom, they could receive chat transcripts in their inbox. If similar functionality was possible at Front that would be great!

There are many points when by policy I am required to forward a message and copy in the relevant team. I know I can @ my teammates in Front, it's a great feature, and I use it often. I don't need to be reminded about it anymore, I haven't forgotte...
