Filter webhook notifications by inbox

Problem
Application webhooks receive notifications for all subscribed event types across all shared inboxes. Developers must receive and ignore large amounts of data from inboxes they don't need to monitor.

Request
Allow application webhooks to be configured on a per-company and per-inbox basis so they only receive notifications from specific inboxes.
