Ability for Google Workspace IdP to use Front's teammate templates in managing provisioning of users

As an admin, I’d like to set Send & Snooze as the default reply option for my company. Informing teammates about the ability to change this takes training overhead and friction.

It would be great if Front could create a reoccurring snooze or reminder function. Would be great if you need a prompt daily / weekly e.g. pull X report or email customer about upcoming shipment.

Right now, when I am in an inbox, the top shows filtered such as open, archived, and snoozed. I would love to be able to see drafts that are shared with the team with access to the inbox there as well.

This would be useful when sending emails to customer attempting to drive them to a specific page/landing page.

Sentry is a bug tracker, but also has a "User Feedback" feature, which is a perfect fit to pipe to a Front inbox.
