When opening an EML attachment and replying to it make Front use the users default channel
Currently when replying to an EML file that is opened in Front it will do the following for selecting the reply channel:
Available private channel
First available shared channel, sorted by alphabetical order
Please update it to add the users...

Not all employees have a full Front license. Allow these employees a way to access internal Front knowledge base, perhaps with an add-on license just for KB since they don't need nay other Front access.
