Open Message in inbox if messaged received while sending and archiving
I have missed dozens of important messages because I hit "send and archive" and the client replys back while that is happening. The archive overrides it and I never see the new message until I get a reminder from client or I go looking for it.
hello I think it would be great to be able to lock emails from getting archive or snooze . It could prevent a important email from getting instanly archive or an action not being down on the email

Use AI to create dynamic message templates from a base template.
A lot of times in Customer Support scenarios we have to send the same message template to the same customer which isn't ideal. I think it would be really cool if a customer could input a base for a template and then AI could sent out the same mess...

Add GIF reactions on Front Mobile App - our team uses reactions constantly to confirm receipt of comments and messages, but you cannot react on the mobile app to GIFs in the comments.
