Notify admin members when a channel is disconnected

When a user's channel is disconnected, only the user itself gets a notification. When that user is on leave, the only way to realize this is to manually check all inboxes. Notifying the admin members of this issue will help to ensure continuity.

Toggled or custom shortcuts

CTRL + ENTER to send trips me up all the time, and I have to fumble to hit undo before the half baked email gets sent. I would like the ability to turn off this lone shortcut, or set a custom one that's much harder to trigger by mistake.

Display recent documents for easy access when attaching files to an email

Outlook includes a feature in which your "Recent Documents" are easily accessible for attaching without the need for File Explorer to open. Suggestion to have a similar capability in Front for recent attachments.

Add nice link visualisation to chatbot

Right now, links (event those from the knowledge base) need to be sent as URL text. A nice to have would be to display a nicer block with a preview of the link webpage (like shown on the chatbot marketing assets at launch)
