Our company uses two resolved statuses: Resolved and No Action. When creating a ‘Requires Tag’ rule in Front, we’d like the rule to exclude conversations that have been resolved/archived with the No Action status.

Improved calendar notification for date/time changes
If a calendar invite has been changed, the notification which comes through does not always show the date/time of the meeting, just that the meeting has been changed. I then have to go into my Outlook calendar to check what that notification says.
Extend Shifts functionality to include Busy status instead of just out of office.
This is useful since members of my sales team want to make sure that we get our direct communications, but I'd like the new group emails to go to the next available rep. I have a team that mixes both direct and group emails.
