Would help large teams be able to see exactly who is online, especially when the teams all have different starting times and work across the globe.

Add support for resource alias 'ext_id' to the GET Message endpoint

Currently the Get Message endpoint for Front's Core API does not allow lookup on the external ID field. It would be nice if we allowed lookup on the external_id as a resource alias much like the GET Account endpoint.

Configure business hours as a calendar

Instead of "From 9 to 5 from Mon to Fri", be able to say "From 9 to 5 from Mon to Fri, except on Dec 25, Jan 1, etc". This allows to take plan for holidays, teammate PTOs, company events, etc.
