Currently only able to view the last page that the visitor is before starting the chat. User would like the ability to view their full path that brought them to the page where they started the chat.
Ability to add tags to both contacts and accounts (like conversation tags)
It would be helpful to be able to add tags across contacts and accounts, similarly to how we can tag conversations. This would be especially helpful if we could create dynamic contact lists based on these tags or other custom fields.
Macros: "Move Message to New Conversation" as action
It would be nice if we had a macro option to move a conversation to a new message. Along with this option it would be super handy if we could preset the To address on the new message.
Return search suggestion matching exactly query when quotation "" are used
Typing "fee" in the search bar should return only or at least at the top, suggestions for "fee" and not more like "feedback". Should be the case for tags at least.
