Allow multiple contacts to share the same email

Request to allow creation of multiple Contacts in the same Workspace which share the same email.

Example use cases:
I have a Contact who works for Company X and their subsidiary Company X-Y; they use the same email address for both. I want two contact records for the individual; each sharing the same email, but to be linked separately to the Accounts for Company X and Company X-Y
