As a user, I need the ability to create a view by account (or domain) so I can view all comms with a certain customer in one place - and save that view (running the same search over an over again is not sufficient)

Having just started using Front (previously used Outlook), I find the Front screen far too busy and cluttered. I would much prefer the option to turn off the reading pane which makes the screen much clearer and easier to read.
