Changing the transcript email subject line from Front Chat
Currently, when the customer is being sent the transcript email from the Chat, the subject line is "Chat". It would be amazing if this could be configured to something more tailored for a better customer experience.
Integrate with twilio conversations api to enable group texting
In some cases we may need to do a group text similar to having 2 or more customers on the same email. Twilio supports this with their conversations api and it would be great to be able to connect to that from front.
Add a button that schedules a meeting with everyone that is on the email. It would be on the three-dot dropdown menu along with "Forward" and "Forward as a new conversation" - something like "Schedule meeting" - click that would pop open the calen...
Ability to have more granular permissions when it comes to "rule creation". It would be important to have some rule templates/rule types that certain users can create
[context] Control what can appear as similar conversation by adding conditions (inbox, tags, inbound only ...)
Be able to specify or filter conversations shown as part of similar conversations based on criteria like the same or a specific: Inbox Tag Contact Account Type of inbound or outbond
Ability for team members to manually send Front Chat transcript to chat visitor
Add setting so teams can customize whether they want the chat transcript to be sent every 5 minutes when a chat visitor does not reply, or if teammates can send the transcript manually.
