Sync OOO status between Microsoft Teams and Front
Problem
Out-of-office status must be set separately in Front and Microsoft Teams — there is no sync between them.
Request
Add two-way OOO status sync between Microsoft Teams and Front, so toggling OOO in one platform updates the other.
Very important feature! Would be so much easier to just create a time off in just one system and have it sync to the other, and not have the problem of contacts receiving two different out‑of‑office emails(which happens when auto‑responders are enabled in both systems).
+1 This would be really useful - especially as not everyone on our team uses Front (only the customer support staff), su teams is really important in our backend.
