Manually associate a customer account to an email address
If a customer sends mails from either no reply email addresses, or uses one email address for multiple account sites, we can manually associate an email to a Customer Account for report purposes
Request for a setting to display each email in the inbox as opposed to display by conversation/thread. If my customer sends multiple emails before I reply, I tend to lose track and forget to reply one of those emails.
