Currently, if we have a section with subsections (folders) and articles in our knowledge base, the automatic ordering is showing subsections above and then the articles below. The articles are ordered in a chronological way, the newly edited ones are at the top, which is fine.
But if there is an important article we want to have showing at the top of the section and all the subsections below it, we can't do that. The workaround is to create another subsection containing just that article but that's not ideal.
Would it be possible to introduce a pin function here? We think it would be very useful. Having articles pinned at the top of a section and thereby showing up first when our employees go into that section that would be followed by other subsections and random articles below those.
