Message templates - variable in Subject field

Today we can only insert message template variables in the body. The goal here is to be able to use variables in the subject field (optional field) of message templates.

Remain on the last selected email when going back to the inbox

If I click on the Send folder then go back to the Inbox, the inbox should not automatically select the newest email, it should remain on the last email that was selected in the Inbox

Full preview of message template

Our team sometimes needs to preview a full message template before selecting it, so it would be great to have a way to do this without having to select the message template. Have a preview button option that pulls up a modal with the full template.
