The ability to pin an email at the top of an inbox, similar to how you can "pin" an @mention comment. We have an employee working around this and snoozing an important email for a couple of minutes, so it appears at the top of his inbox. This can be difficult when new emails come in
Been doing this manually for years to keep track of important todos, would love to have this feature!

YES, PLEASE ADD THIS FEATURE TO FRONT. IT IS HIGHLY IMPORTANT THAT WE ARE ABLE TO PRIORITIZE IMPORTANT EMAILS WITH SUCH A FEATURE OF PINNING OR HIGHLIGHTING THAT THEY ARE IMPORTANT.
