SSO for Gated Knowledge Base

Customer wants to utilize Gated KB for internal employees that are not Front users. SSO makes this much easier to maintain.

Ability to expand and collapse the all-day events section on the calendar to view more than 3 all-day events at once

Today you can only see 3 all-day events at a glance per day. It is not obvious that users need to scroll to see the rest of the all-day events on that day. Suggestion to expand and collapse the top section.

Granular inbox and channel permissions

Have the ability grant shared channel group level permission but not Inbox level permission. This is to avoid giving permissions to send messages from a shared inbox but let a user re-authenticate a channel.
