When composing an email, attaching from anywhere in Front would be useful so that users can query across emails and attachments. Customers are often referencing things in other conversations.

I would like to be able to copy a link to a knowledge base article directly from the righthand sidebar. Especially for sharing articles with colleagues in the comments to a conversation it would be handy if the link could be copied from there.

Outbound mail we send via Front is routed via our custom SMTP server. We have a high attachment size limit (higher than Front's default ~25MB limit). I would like the option to set a default attachment size limit for new channels created in my tea...

I would like to be able to quantify the number of emails beyond 100. Because to date, I have to count them by hand!
