View the Navigation Path of a chat user

Currently only able to view the last page that the visitor is before starting the chat. User would like the ability to view their full path that brought them to the page where they started the chat.

Ability to add tags to both contacts and accounts (like conversation tags)

It would be helpful to be able to add tags across contacts and accounts, similarly to how we can tag conversations. This would be especially helpful if we could create dynamic contact lists based on these tags or other custom fields.

Display the most recent sender's name first in the conversation list preview

Currently Front does not display the most recent sender's name and it is often the cause of a person being addressed incorrectly. Provide a setting to change the name that is displayed in the inbox to the person who most recently sent the email.

Allow bulk updates to append messages to signatures

We would like to be able to add a company wide message to each teammate signature without having to edit each one individually. This would be useful for office closings or other announcements that should go out with each email.

Better alerting when an email fails to send.

When an email fails to send because of a suppressed or incorrect email, an emailed alert should accompany this. I'm finding the small note in the comment section of the message isn't helpful when using Send & Archive.
