Basically breaking down the touched conversations into the individual metrics: number of comments that a teammate has commented in the team performance report how many emails they have assigned to other teammates how many tags they have added, etc -
Ability for team members to manually send Front Chat transcript to chat visitor
Add setting so teams can customize whether they want the chat transcript to be sent every 5 minutes when a chat visitor does not reply, or if teammates can send the transcript manually.
Add support for resource alias 'ext_id' to the GET Message endpoint
Currently the Get Message endpoint for Front's Core API does not allow lookup on the external ID field. It would be nice if we allowed lookup on the external_id as a resource alias much like the GET Account endpoint.
