Ability for team members to manually send Front Chat transcript to chat visitor
Add setting so teams can customize whether they want the chat transcript to be sent every 5 minutes when a chat visitor does not reply, or if teammates can send the transcript manually.

Been with Front for 2 days and already been asked by a user to send a resolved transcript. This should be an option to default for all resolved chats or for an agent to chose to send as a follow up.

Please get this feature immediately. It's a big requirement for us.
I agree, this is the reason why we disabled our Chat transcript at the moment as customers complained they're getting spammed by these transcripts.
If not, at least the option for the user to request a chat transcript would be great!
